Booking and payment
- A booking is confirmed once we reply to you and agree a date and time.
- Tell us the correct number of passengers and their weights at the time of booking.
- Payment details and any deposit will be agreed with you when we confirm.
Weather and cancellations by us
- Flights depend on wind and weather. The pilot makes the final call, and safety always comes first.
- If we cancel because of weather or any safety concern, we will offer you another day or a full refund.
Changes and cancellations by you
- Please tell us as early as you can if you need to change or cancel.
- Cancellation and no-show rules will be confirmed with your booking.
Health and safety
- Follow your pilot and crew instructions at all times.
- Tell us about any medical condition, injury or pregnancy before you fly.
- We may refuse to fly anyone who is unwell, drunk, or who does not follow safety instructions.
- Paramotor flights have a passenger weight limit.
Your belongings and photos
- Keep phones and cameras secured. We are not responsible for lost or dropped items.
- We may take photos during flights. Tell us if you would rather not appear in them.
